Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated volunteer to join our team as an Outreach and Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our outreach efforts, managing campaigns, and fostering relationships with sponsors, participants, and community partners. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our reach and impact, building on the foundation laid by our co-founder's experience with The Ecommerce Tribe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage participants, sponsors, and community partners.
- Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, ambassadors, and mentors to support the project's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and evaluate campaigns that promote the Digital Inclusion Project’s initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for campaigns across various platforms.
- Communications Management:
- Manage communications with participants, ensuring timely and clear information is shared.
- Coordinate and oversee communications with sponsors, mentors, and ambassadors.
- Maintain and update contact lists and outreach databases.
- Support Outreach:
- Identify and approach potential sources of support, including sponsors, ambassadors, and mentors.
- Develop and nurture partnerships that align with the project’s mission and goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outreach, community engagement, or campaign management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for digital inclusion and social impact.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and independently managing time.
