Area Coordinator - Central East suburbs (remote position)
Tasks of the position
• You will have new client reports with full details to assure great match ups for dog walking. · Arranging for volunteers to transport pets to vets, groomers, kennels or catteries when required • Promote the new clients dogs to our volunteers using a Mailchimp newsletter or email • Arrange contact between volunteer and client • Update records for clients and volunteers, general administration tasks - we use a program called Airtable • Maintain email contact with volunteers - you will have your own POOPS Coordinator email. • Respond to queries from clients and volunteers in your area. • Attend the AGM and twice yearly Coordinator’s Meeting
Your understanding of the bond between people and their pets, empathy, admin and computer skills will be highly regarded Training on the database and ongoing support is assured.
