The ideal person will have organisational, office administration and database skills, with 10 plus years work experience in a related role such as administrator, project manager or travel agent. Very good verbal and written communication skills are needed for the liaison work between families, Rotarians and agencies within Australia and overseas.

Experience in managing a patient database is helpful but training will be provided. Attention to detail and task management are important.

Preferably, the person will be a Rotarian, but this is not essential. A passion for helping children is vital.
