Volunteer Virtual Admin Manager
Eyes of HopeMode: Remote/WFH
Hours required: Approx 5-7 hours per week
The Clinic Admin Manager will be responsible for the following administrative responsibilities:
Dispensing: Ensuring all spectacle orders from each clinic have been processed and received by our dispensers.
Billing:
- Ensure that all medicare information and claims have been submitted from each clinic.
- Processing any rejected claims and/or liaising with Optometrists to ensure the correct item numbers have been entered.
- Processing Vision Australia claims after each clinic.
General duties:
- Responding to email queries
- Liaising with community organisations to confirm time and dates for each monthly clinic.
