This position will start targeted fundraising to kick start the SACTCG Native Plant Nursery in Kambah through building local sponsorships.

This is a great opportunity to work with the local community and a not-for-profit charity to support a budding initiative to grow native local plants.

You will have the opportunity to work with the passionate SACTCG team and the vibrant community of volunteers who work on-ground in local natural areas.

The native plant Nursery already has basic infrastructure and a list of volunteers ready to grow plants. Funds raised will go towards operationalizing this initiative. Key roles: • Work with SACTCG General Manager and team to build a sponsorship program for the Native Plant Nursery • Undertake fundraising through face-to-face interactions with small-medium local businesses who want to support the local environment • Contribute your ideas for further fundraising! • Work with the volunteers signed up to volunteer in the Nursery to grow local interest • Promote the good work of our enthusiastic volunteer community. • Other general opportunities for fundraising across other projects
