Volunteer for Bookkeeping and Accounting
LatinOz QueenslandResponsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to finance
- Review the automated integration between Xero and Square sales reports
- Prepare financial reports for the Committee on a quarterly basis or ad-hoc as required
- Time commitment: approximately 3-4 hours Fortnightly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Accounting certificate or currently studying an accounting certificate
- Experience in Xero and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with technology and information systems
- Excellent prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Passion for giving back to the community
- Preferred but not required: Spanish speaker
