Volunteer for Bookkeeping and Accounting

LatinOz Queensland

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to finance
  • Review the automated integration between Xero and Square sales reports
  • Prepare financial reports for the Committee on a quarterly basis or ad-hoc as required
  • Time commitment: approximately 3-4 hours Fortnightly

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Accounting certificate or currently studying an accounting certificate
  • Experience in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with technology and information systems
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Passion for giving back to the community
  • Preferred but not required: Spanish speaker

  • Queensland Remote
