About Kintsugi Heroes Kintsugi Heroes is a volunteer-led not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people tell the stories they need to share, so others can discover the stories they need to hear. Through podcasts, videos, books, events, and community projects, we use ethical, trauma-informed storytelling to reduce isolation, build connection, and support wellbeing across a wide range of lived experiences.

About the Role We are seeking a Volunteer Administration Support Officer to assist with a range of practical, behind-the-scenes tasks that help our team function smoothly and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, supporting others, and contributing to meaningful work — even if they prefer to work quietly in the background.

Key Duties Depending on your availability and interests, tasks may include:

• Supporting general administrative tasks (document organisation, data entry, tracking actions)
• Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Helping maintain shared files, templates, and records
• Supporting project coordination across podcasts, events, or publications
• Assisting with onboarding and coordination of volunteers
• Helping ensure processes are followed and information is easy to find

Tasks can be adjusted to suit your skills and capacity.

Skills and Experience We are looking for someone who:

• Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable using basic digital tools (email, Google Docs, spreadsheets)
• Communicates clearly and respectfully
• Enjoys supporting a team and contributing to shared goals

Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential. Training and support will be provided.
