Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, understand urgency of tasks and prioritize effectively, and keep track of important documents and schedules. **- People Skills: **Ensuring a positive experience for all volunteers by being responsive, professional, and supportive. **- Initiative: **Providing initiative in managing activities and supporting the leadership team. **- Time Management: **Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation of the organization. - Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other functions to support the organization's activities. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address issues promptly and effectively, finding solutions to administrative and operational challenges. **- Technical Proficiency: **Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), database management. - Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and managing it with discretion. **- Basic understanding of budgets preparation and review.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly within government, not-for-profit sectors and/or education sector
