Kinds of HappinessKey Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Efficiently management of calendars, develop marketing schedule in conjunction with social media team, coordinate travel arrangements, telephony support for the event manager, incoming and outgoing email communications.
Communication: Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Organise agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Management: Assist with the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and donors.
Event Planning: Organise and coordinate events and workshops.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and maintenance, ensuring an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly within government, not-for-profit sectors and/or education sector
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software including xero, jotform, trello, mailchimp, try booking and social media platforms. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
