Skipping breakfast can affect the child's ability to concentrate at school, their social behavior and physical development.

Children who eat breakfast are more likely to attend school, are better behaved and have a positive interaction with fellow students and teachers.

The BaptistCare Community Centre in Warilla North, runs a daily Breakfast Club through the Mount Warrigal Public School, providing a healthy breakfast for the school children. Working collaboratively with the school teaching staff, volunteers help serve breakfast to the children, Tuesday and Wednesday each week during the school term from 8am - 9.30am.
