Volunteers will need to be confident when speaking with the general public – you do not need any special skills or knowledge – our current volunteers will support you to learn the locations within the hospital so you can assist people to find their way. Our current volunteers tell us the things they enjoy about this role are meeting new people and experiencing the feeling that you’ve made a difference to somebody’s day.
