AI & Power Automate Specialist

The AI & Power Automate Specialist will work under the supervision of the Associate Director (AD)-Technology & AI; and is responsible for monitoring, planning and implementing AI and power automation activities to assist the Technology & AI Portfolio in its endeavours.
The duties are: • Develop AI algorithms and models for various applications • Design and implement AI models using machine learning and deep learning techniques • Optimise and fine-tune existing AI models for improved performance and accuracy • Develop and maintain AI systems, including data pipelines and infrastructure • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, conducting tests and experiments • Troubleshoot and debug issues in AI models and systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI • Document processes, algorithms, and solutions for future reference and knowledge-sharing
The role will be responsible for leading the following deliverables: • Develop and deploy automated workflows for key operational processes • Create custom AI algorithms and models tailored to meet specific needs • Provide regular recommendations for process improvements, enhancements to websites and applications, and updates to automation strategies based on industry best practices and emerging technologies
The skills required are:
- Strong background in ICT
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and sci-kit-learn
- Solid understanding of AI algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Strong communication skills
