Bridge Expertise and Experience:

Understanding of Bridge: Prospective tutors should possess a comprehensive understanding of Bridge, including rules, bidding conventions, card play, and scoring.

Playing Experience: Extensive experience playing Bridge is crucial. The more you’ve played, the better equipped you’ll be to instruct others.

Passion for Bridge: A love for Bridge and a desire to share this enthusiasm with others is vital.
Teaching Skills:

Communication: Tutors should have superior communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.

Patience: Patience is essential when teaching Bridge, particularly to beginners.

Adaptability: Tutors should be able to adapt their teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Additional Requirements: Australian Bridge Federation Certification and Accreditation is preferred.
As a volunteer tutor, you’re committed to conduct:

weekly sessions lasting 1 to 2 hours

anytime between 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

term commences on Monday 14 Oct, and concludes on Friday, 20 Dec 2024.
Our school is conveniently situated in Sydney’s CBD, in close proximity to Town Hall or St James station.
