You will act as one of our ambassadors, providing prompt and friendly Courtesy Shuttle services. As the first contact for our patients and visitors you will:

· Transport patients and visitors from dedicated pickup and drop off points around the hospital driving a 4 seater golf cart.

• Provide wayfinding advice to patients and visitors

• Ensure the Courtesy cart is clean and is well maintained during your shift

To be considered for this role, you must…

• be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• like talking to people

• hold a Current C Class NSW Drivers Licence and a clean driving record

• be able to answer calls on an iphone from patients requesting a cart transfer
