We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sydney-siders who love to meet new people and would be happy to show guests around our beautiful city for a few hours every month or two. We expect you will have lived in Sydney for a minimum of 2 years and have a good understanding of locations of major and minor tourist spots, how to access public transport, and you will probably have your own secret or favourite cafes and restaurants to recommend to our visitors. While not essential as most of our "greets" are conducted in English, there are some guests who request a greet in German, French, Spanish or some other language. So if you speak another language there may be opportunities for you to practice and keep your skills polished.

We do not ever use cars as our offer is "a walk with a local". Walks may be through the CBD or we may take public transport to a neighbourhood such as Kirribilli, Balmain, Newtown, Manly, Watsons Bay, Mosman etc.
