We have residents at one of our Residential Aged Care Homes in Gordon who would enjoy spending time outside in the secure garden around their home or taking a stroll through the home. This role would entail walking alongside a resident or possibly pushing a wheelchair bound resident outside for a walk and a chat as you wander through the garden or through the home.

If assisting a resident in a wheelchair, volunteers would complete manual handling training.
