This volunteer opportunity will help to assist in the judging process of an organisation wide recognition project through managing nominations, communications and relevant data.

This position will help the Employee Experience Specialist in creating a streamlined and enjoyable judging process for nominees, senior leaders and other stakeholders engaged in the annual Full Circle and Reconciliation Awards process. The FCR Awards is UnitingCare's organisation wide annual recognition event aimed at celebrating and shining a light on the incredible work of employees and volunteers across our organisation. The volunteer position will help with the judging process through managing nominations, engaging stakeholders via email communication, and assisting with PowerPoint pack creation. All the work will be completed on the online judging platform, programs like Canva and MS PowerPoint. The volunteer will be a part of a small, tight knit team who focus on collaboration, support and wellbeing.

✅ What you’ll be doing:

▪️ Checking and categorising Nomination duplicates on judging platform

▪️ Cutting down wordcount of nomination stories for judging packs

▪️ Helping to compile "Nomination Highlights" for communication to leaders

▪️ Assisting in the first stage of judging process by reading and categorising nominations via level of detail
