Support the Mission Australia Centre at Coffs Harbour with the preparation and delivery of community engagement events.

Event preparation support includes:

• hosting of meetings and capturing action items
• preparing and sourcing resources for the event including photocopying, sourcing art supplies, preparing gift packs
• distributing information promoting the event

Event delivery support including:

• setting up, cleaning and packing up the event
• general event delivery support including catering, interacting with participants, handing out information, delivering activities

Seeking individuals with:

• administration and coordination experience
• experience in event planning and delivery desirable
• communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• ability to perform physical tasks eg. moving tables and chairs, transporting items, securing cables with gaffa tape
• awareness of WHS requirements and actions
• ability to actively support Mission Australia's purpose, value, policies and procedures
