KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the creation and execution of a Social Media strategy that aligns with our strategic direction and growth ambitions.
• Develop creative and engaging content across our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms.
• Regularly replying to messages and comments across platforms and escalating any issues as required.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed and executed to a high standard, using creative ideas to demonstrate our impact.
• Support the Head of Partnerships and Engagement to develop reports on growth and engagement across our social media platforms.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• A passion to volunteer in the not-for-profit sector, highlighting the positive impact we make to the community.
• Previous experience in social media coordination, developing content and driving engagement.
• Willingness to follow direction whilst bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Qualifications in Social Media, Marketing and/or Communications would be highly desirable, but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with a cheerful outlook.
