CHASE (Community Health Advancement and Student Engagement) is a community initiative working to improve health outcomes through education and mentorship.

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer, responsible for leading the organisation and driving our strategic goals.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure the ongoing development and achievement of the strategic plan in collaboration with the Executive team
• Actively seek opportunities for collaborative partnerships and grants
• Serve as a key spokesperson of CHASE, representing the organisation in a professional manner
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team
• Act in a supervisory capacity for the Executive Team to ensure contributions align with strategic plans
• Ensure the organisation is fiscally responsible and accountable
