Want to make a difference with your volunteering, preserving maritime history while spending your time with a great team in a friendly environment? We need a System Administrator: You will become the lynchpin of our Grants team. The position is responsible for maintaining the Fleet’s dashboard in "OurCommunity" (ourcommunity.com.au) which is a website for not-for -profit groups to help find and apply for grants.

We will train the successful applicant in the applications we use - “OurCommunity” and Microsoft SharePoint and expect applicants to have a good working knowledge of Word and email. You will be responsible for: Receiving grant opportunities by email from four subscription services and deciding which opportunities will be discussed by the grants team. Recording the team’s decisions and actions on “Our Community” dashboard. Ensuring reports and returns needed to acquire grants are produced and submitted on time by the relevant grant writer. Monitoring incoming emails Keeping the Grant’s Team files on SHF SharePoint current.
