Friends for Good was the first national charity working solely on the issue of loneliness.

We operate FriendLine, a service for people experiencing loneliness to chat with friendly volunteers. We have a MateLine service for veterans, an on-line chat service and wellbeing activities to provide opportunities for friendship. Friends for Good also conducts research and provides community education activities including the first of now bi-annual national conferences – The Australian Loneliness Dialogue, as well as symposiums.
