We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Volunteer Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic team at Imagine Re-Evolution. This individual will play a crucial role in executing fundraising strategies to support our mission. The Volunteer Fundraising Manager will work closely with the CEO, Management Committee, and other team members to identify fundraising opportunities, cultivate donor relationships, and organise fundraising events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporate sponsorships, grants, and events.
• Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Develop and implement strategies for donor retention and recognition.
• Ensure timely and personalized acknowledgment of donations.
• Organise Fundraising Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events such as high teas, BBQs, cake stall, markets, galas, charity auctions, runs/walks, and other community activities.
• Work closely with the Volunteer Manager to recruit and manage volunteers for fundraising events.
• Oversee event logistics, marketing, and promotion.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain donor database and ensure accurate records of contributions and donor information.
• Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to the Executive Director and board members.
• Analyse fundraising data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field in the for-purpose sector.
• Experience with event planning and management is highly desirable.
• Grant writing experience is a plus.
