Description

We are seeking a Programs Coordinator for our charity. As a Programs Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of individual programs that we run for our participants and collaborating with various stakeholders. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for helping young people and creating communities, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of various programs and events.
• Produce and maintain program materials, such as handouts, agendas and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with program stakeholders.
• Ensure all program tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Gather and analyse program data to measure effectiveness and success.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program delivery.

Requirements

• A love for organising, a sense of fun, effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
