Re Place is a small not for profit who works directly with the community in circular economy and clothing/textile waste. We work through each 'Re' beginning with 'Rethink' and with the last option being 'Recycling'.

We need help across 4 days. Even if you only have a couple of hours to spare, and can't stay for a full shift, it is still a big help to have the extra hands!

Times we need help:

**1:30pm to 6:30pm on Wednesdays: Community Drop Off **

Key duties:

  • Set up and pack down
  • Explaining to community members how the drop off process works
  • Sorting through and categorising the items being dropped off
  • Assessing clothes and putting them in piles for 'reuse', 'repurpose' and 'recycle'
  • Weighing items and writing down information
  • Selling clothes in our preloved clothes warehouse

1pm to 5:30pm on Thursdays or Fridays - Sorting, hanging & selling

Key duties:

  • Weighing items and writing down information
  • Selling clothes in our preloved clothes warehouse
  • Categorising and sorting items
  • Hanging items and putting them on racks
  • Set up and pack down

9:30am to 4:30pm on Saturdays - Selling

Key duties:

  • Weighing items and writing down information
  • Selling clothes in our preloved clothes warehouse
  • Keeping clothes racks tidy
  • Serving customers
  • Keeping change room area tidy
  • Set up and pack down
