As part of our SCRUM project model, you'll play a crucial role in identifying available grants and tenders, evaluating eligibility criteria, shortlisting opportunities, and preparing tender documentation. Responsibilities

Industry Research Conduct research to identify grants and tenders relevant to the assigned industry (e.g., Health Care, Disability Sector) in Australia.

Eligibility Evaluation Assess the eligibility criteria for each grant or tender to determine suitability for the organization's objectives and capabilities.

Shortlisting Collaborate with the team to shortlist the most promising grants and tenders based on alignment with organizational goals, feasibility, and potential impact.

Team Meetings Participate in regular team meetings to present the shortlisted opportunities, discuss their merits, and gather input from team members.

Tender Finalisation Work closely with the team to finalize the selection of grants or tenders to pursue, considering factors such as resource availability, project scope, and strategic priorities.

Tender Documentation Prepare comprehensive documentation for selected grants or tenders, including proposals, budgets, and supporting materials, adhering to all submission requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

Strong Communication Skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
