2. Duties Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring a smooth transition into RJC.
- Developing and drafting policies for volunteers
- Contribute to the development of organisational culture and volunteer engagement strategies
- Participate in training and development programs for employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

- Understand the culture of volunteer organisations
- Be deeply passionate about the work that RJC does
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership and motivational ability
- Have strategic planning and resource management skills
- Manage their time well and is organised
- Be detail oriented
