Admin Assistant - Wesley Community Housing

Are you an organized person who would like to use your skills to help others? Then this positions for you. Wesley Mission's Community Housing team is looking for an enthusiastic office allrounder who can assist with day to day administrative tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Data entry

- Compiling packs for residents

- Updating spreadsheets and other documents as required

- Assisting with communications including the resident newsletter 'Knock Knock'

- Filing

- Other day to day administrative duties as required and directed by Supervisor

Skills & Experience:

- Be reliable, dependable and punctual

- Be self directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented

- Respect and maintain confidentiality of Wesley Mission residents

- Computer skills – Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Have experience in data entry with strong attention to detail

- Have experience in standard office administrative practices and procedures

- Have accurate record keeping skills

- Proven ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member
