Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

• Assist in all aspects of Fun In The Sun's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and email marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) to build brand awareness, connect with target audiences, and promote upcoming events and initiatives.

• Oversee public relations efforts and media outreach to secure positive press coverage and increase brand visibility.

• Analyze marketing campaign performance using website analytics and social media insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Manage marketing budget effectively and track return on investment (ROI).

• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and impactful.

• Collaborate with program staff and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).

• Experience in marketing or a relevant field

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization (SEO/SEM).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse online and offline audiences.

• Experience with project management tools and marketing automation platforms a plus.

• Data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Ability to work independently and with a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
