Barnardos Australia is excited to announce our inaugural fundraising art show will be happening on Thursday the 16th of May. The theme of the show is 'Fearlessly Optimistic' which embodies the unrelenting passion of Barnardos.

There are two shifts needed to support this event. However, we would appreciate someone who can be present for the duration of both. This is an art show event so the event support is minimal and will mostly be food service, donation collection, and ticket check-in.

1. Event Support 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

This role includes the following duties and skills:

• Serving food to attendees
• Collecting donations
• Checking tickets and greeting attendees
• Serving alcohol (RSA required for this role)
• Gifting flowers to guests at the end of the event

2. Pack Down/Bump Out 9:45 pm - 11:00 pm

This role includes the following duties and skills:

• Safely packing up all artworks, removing them from walls
• Clearing all glassware and rubbish
• Preparing flower vases for pick up
• Packing up tables, chairs, and additional furniture

Not required but am additionally seeking people who hold a current RSA to assist with alcohol service.
