About the role

The purpose of this role is to support the tracking and evaluation of our community advocacy activities across the state.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining existing systems for efficient data collection and analysis, promoting program quality, documentation, experience sharing, and learning. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports and providing valuable feedback on measuring impact as outlined in the logic model.

Reporting to Community Advocacy Lead, this position is for someone who wants to work remotely or in our Erina Fair office, once a fortnight for 4 hours, and contribute to positive change. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the tracking and evaluation of Community Advocacy activities across the state.
  • Maintain existing systems for efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Promote program quality, documentation, experience sharing, and learning.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the impact of community advocacy efforts.
  • Provide feedback on measuring impact as outlined in the logic model.

Our Ideal volunteer will have:

  • Excellent analytical and detail-oriented individual.
  • Experience in data management.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
