The successful volunteer will directly manage CHASE’s IT portfolio and oversee the development of new IT strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally.

Specific responsibilities include:

Website development and maintenance

• Updating CHASE’s public website with new information and being responsible for its maintenance
• Updating the documents and forms on CHASE’s intranet
• Developing, designing and maintaining CHASE’s volunteer management platform

CHASE committee communication

• Attend monthly CHASE meetings and provide progress reports on IT developments
• Be available to help onboard new members with IT platforms

IT Administration

• Managing committee member onboarding and offboarding
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues that may arise throughout the year
