1. What is the Pink Cross Foundation Australia?

Pink Cross is a not-for-profit founded by a survivor with lived experiences of the s-x industry. Pink Cross’ purpose is to offer therapeutic support for those who have been trafficked, with experience of the s-x industry, and buyers of the trade. Pink Cross offers evidence-based, mental health services, activism initiatives and education. In all our activities, we are promoting safe, healthy and respectful human relationships devoid of coercive control and any forms of human rights abuse. We are looking for someone who can commit 4 to 10 in a hybrid role to conduct administrative tasks. In this exciting role, you will learn hands-on and real-life skills that will serve you in business, health-related fields, and retail. It can involve attending sunday markets and stalls, as we will be looking to welcome other Team Members to balance this appointmentTime commitments are flexible and adjustable.

Applicants MUST live (or be willing to travel) within 30 minutes of Elsternwick, Victoria.

2. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Helping the Retail Manager price and man in-person fundraising events
• Sorting and pricing donated products, mostly make-up and beauty
• Assist in the coordination visual merchandising and presentation
• Create products with our Brand using shampoo & conditioner
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to use cash register POS using phones and devices
• Provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of client communication and processes

3. The ideal candidate must have:

• Be physically able to lift and carry up to 30kg
• Desirable: previous retail or administrative experience
