Red Nose Australia- Provide welcoming and supportive customer support for the Red Nose Online Shop
- Assist in liaison with Red Nose Day community fundraisers
- Issues resolution including delivery issues
- Demonstrated skills in customer service
- Good phone manner
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Computer proficiency and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel
- Willingness to learn and operate our online fundraising platform (training and ongoing support provided)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales order processes
