Your Commitment as a Coach: While a coach can choose a greater number of students that they work with, we need coaches to start with at least three students. The ideal number seems to be about five but that can be achieved incrementally. We ask that coaches contact their student (via email, text and phone) once a month during the school year and record their interactions on our Customer Relationship Management Tool (MS Dynamics)
