Join Mandala Community Counselling, a dedicated volunteer-run service offering high-quality, long-term counselling to those unable to afford these services in Sydney.

Are you an experienced counsellor (eligible for registration with Psychology Board of Australia, or membership of PACFA, AASW or equivalent) looking to deepen your therapeutic approach? Mandala offers a comprehensive training course with a unique opportunity to integrate Psychodynamic theories and practical skills into your clinical practice. While there's an associated fee for the training, we provide partial scholarships based on individual circumstances. The next intake begins in July 2024.

Upon successful completion of the course, you'll qualify to volunteer as a counsellor for Mandala Community Counselling.

We seek committed individuals willing to dedicate two sessions per week for two years, serving as volunteers on behalf of Mandala. During this period, you will be required to attend one of Mandala’s fortnightly supervision groups, run by highly experienced clinical supervisors.
