Responsibilities

. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Go beyond basic traffic metrics. Delve deeper into user behavior, analyzing data like bounce rates, time on page, and popular content to understand how visitors interact with your website.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards tailored to our specific needs, focusing on key metrics that matter to our business goals (e.g., conversions, lead generation).
  • Identify trends and insights in website data to help us understand what's working well and where we can improve.

Strategic Recommendations

  • Use data to identify areas for improvement on our website, such as content optimization, user experience enhancements, and call-to-action (CTA) effectiveness.
  • Recommend data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and improve conversion rates.
  • Track the performance of our marketing campaigns using website analytics to see what's driving traffic and conversions.
  • Set up A/B tests to compare different versions of website elements (e.g., headlines, images, CTAs) and see which ones perform better.

Integrations

  • Explore the potential for integrating WhatsApp and social media analytics with our website analytics platform to gain a more holistic view of user engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of website traffic analysis concepts (e.g., bounce rate, conversion rate, user sessions).
  • Basic understanding of HTML code is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
