- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to advance the organisation's mission and objectives. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulation and best practices in the non profit sector.
- Work in a strong team to secure funding through grant writing, donor cultivation, and fundraising events.
- Help to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, corporate partners and sponsorship.
