About Hannah's House: Hannah's House is an organisation deeply committed to providing care, comfort, and joy to children facing complex medical challenges. Through our team of highly specialised nurses and support workers, we offer in-home and in-school assistance to children with life-limiting and complex conditions. Additionally, our Play Program provides crucial psychosocial support for families and children, aiding in their developmental journey.

Volunteer Duties: As a member of our Event Committee, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Mother's Day High Tea. Your duties may include:

• Event Planning: Collaborate with committee members to brainstorm and plan event logistics, including venue selection, decorations, entertainment, and catering.

• Promotion and Outreach: Assist in spreading the word about the event through social media, email newsletters, and community outreach efforts. Help secure sponsorships and donations to support the event. Logistics Management: Assist with coordinating event setup, including arranging tables and chairs, decorating the venue, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.

• Guest Relations: Greet guests, provide assistance as needed, and ensure everyone feels welcome and valued throughout the event. Fundraising Support: Work with the committee to implement fundraising activities during the event, such as raffles, auctions, or donation drives.
