ROLE TASKS – What will you do?

In this volunteer role you will be part of a team who support the wellbeing of older people by:

• Helping to prepare (not cook) and serve nutrious meals to the centre’s many clients

• Following relevant safe food handling procedures

• Assisting with general kitchen operational duties including set-up, pack-up and cleaning, as required

• Being part of a busy team environment that work within the required food safety and quality standards.

Depending on your experience, skills and training, your supervisor might ask you to undertake other tasks relevant to this role's purpose.
