Shoe Boxes of Love Inc has been providing disaster relief to communities across Australia for the past 13 years. We are incredibly excited to be at a critical point in our operations, and desperately need the expertise of experienced volunteers and/or Board Members to assist in the future development of our organisation.

To assist with our future growth, ensure maximum community engagement and sustainability, we are looking for a Sponsorship and PR Extraordinaire.

As part of you role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying sponsorship opportunities that align with SBOL values
• Developing grant proposals and applications that align with SBOL values and support our objectives
• Identifying and establishing partnership opportunities with corporate donors and sponsors to ensure the ongoing sustainability of our organisation.
• Designing and implementing marketing strategies that cultivate our relationships with media, engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness.
• Maximizing brand presence on various channels (e.g., web, TV and social media)
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals

In order to be considered for this role, we would love to see the following experience:

• Professional background in Sponsorship and Public Relations
• Demonstrated experience with successful grant writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within team environments
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid full Drivers Licence
