ABERA delivers education and support to individuals who have experienced an honest business failure through our one-on-one roadmap service and the Restart Smart recovery program. We reach beyond business ownership to address the gap that exists between a failed business venture and restart. We complete the circle of support that is currently missing within the business ecosystem.

We are looking for a passionate legal person, who is willing to donate their time and expertise and flex their legal muscle to ensure we are ticking our boxes:

• Contracts and agreements between partnering organisations.
• Review our existing policies and procedures to ensure legal best practice.
• Assess our Intellectual Property (IP) needs
• Help us to be successful with our DGR application.
• Ensure we are doing the right thing with other volunteers and our skilled advisory team (Yes, we have other smart people on board!).
• Dispute resolution policy - consider our clauses and contracts in our governing documents.
• Manage our organisations risk and ensuring compliance.
