Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate compelling content, including images, videos, and written posts, to effectively communicate our organisation's initiatives, events, and impact.
- Utilise social media analytics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimise strategies for better reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the Specialisterne team to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials when required, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
- Support the team to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and videos to effectively convey our organisation's message and attract attention across social media and other digital platforms.
- Share insights on industry trends, best practices, and target audience preferences to ensure content remains innovative, up-to-date, and appealing.
Digital Marketing:
- Support the team in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on key metrics and objectives.
- Share the latest digital marketing trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to improve our online presence and audience engagement.
Organisational Operations:
- Preparing high quality documentation according to the Specialisterne process manuals and quality assurance methods.
- Engaging in operational evaluation and continual improvement activities.
- Strong focus on maintaining and growing client business relationships.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients and candidates experience a seamless service delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of and alignment with organisational ethics and strategic goals.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
