As a Guest Services volunteer, you will directly enhance the comfort and well-being of our Wishlist Centre guests. Your tasks will include:

• Check-in with guests, making sure they feel settled and have everything they need.
• Replenish supplies and ensure units are clean and inviting for new arrivals.
• Help guests navigate the facility and the local Birtinya area.
• Identify and report any maintenance needs to keep the facility running smoothly.

Through your dedication, you'll help create a reassuring and supportive space for families during a health crisis.
