Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Volunteer Workshop Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our workshops and programs designed to empower and educate One&All participants.Volunteering at One&All will give you an opportunity to create authentic conversations, engage with others and provide support and friendship.

The Volunteer Workshop Assistant will work closely with the Programs Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of activities and contribute to the overall success of our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Workshop Support: Assist in setting up and organising materials for sessions. Provide logistical support for smooth workshop execution.
• Participant Engagement: Interact with participants, offering assistance and fostering inclusivity. Facilitate group activities, discussions, and exercises.

Commitment:

• Minimum commitment of 3-6 hours (i.e half day or full day) per week.
• Commit to a 12 week term to ensure continuity.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain open communication with the Hub and Programs Coordinator and fellow team members.
