But we can’t do it alone – we need enthusiastic volunteers like you to ensure everything runs smoothly. To volunteer at this heartwarming event, all you need is a love of dogs and a willingness to lend a helping hand. Whether you’re greeting participants, assisting with activities or selling raffle tickets, your contribution will make a world of difference.

Ready to lend a hand? Sign up for one of the following volunteer roles: - 

Entry Attendants/ Registration table – Greeting, checking wristbands, selling tickets, etc. Must be friendly and approachable. Must be confident using mobile eftpos machines.

Hydration Attendants – Ensuring water stations are always full, assisting with questions, etc. Decent level of fitness required.

Clothing collecting attendant - RSPCA will be hosting a stall of preloved and new designer fashion items. We are looking for confident volunteers to man the stall throughout the day. Previous experience with retail desirable, confident in quick sales of cash handling and mobile eftpos.

Walk Marshalls – Ensuring walkers know where to go along the short and long walks. Friendly and confidence in giving directions required.

Raffle Ticket Sellers – Walking around the event selling raffle tickets on mobile credit card machines. Friendly and ready for a good chat required. Extra confidence required here 😊

Site Setup Crew – Help us make sure everything is in place for event day! Energetic, an eye for detail, ability to follow directions and decent level of fitness required. Required early Sunday morning from 7am.

Site Pack Down Crew – Help us pack down the event and load up the van so we can leave the site on time.

BBQ Attendants - Our bbq trailer will be onsite all day and we are looking for cooks, servers and cash handlers. Shifts for BBQ attendants available are: 8:30 to 11.30pm or 11.30pm to 2.30pm.
