HA is a registered charity dedicated to helping people live compassionate, ethical and fulfilling lives without religion. We do this via our five programs: campaigns, ceremonies, communities, engagement, and wellbeing. Our members are non-religious people who align with our nine values: compassion, community, reason, diversity, integrity, resolve, culture, environment and forgiveness.

Key duties

• Work with the CEO and other team members to inspire people to become members of HA

• Monitor the team.ha email address, answering queries from members and subscribers, and forwarding to other team members as required

• Meet online with the CEO and other team members to discuss progress on our programs

• Contribute ideas about any of our programs in online discussions with other team members

Skills required

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Good technical skills. Our technical stack includes Zoom, GSuite (Google Drive and Gmail), Action Network for membership management and Slack for instant messaging. Training will be provided as required.

• Desirable: Marketing and communications training or experience
