Administration Assistant
Meals on Wheels Fraser Community• Answering telephone – dealing with calls or transferring to the appropriate person • Pass on any messages from Run sheets, to Client Service Managers as required • Serve walk in customers, taking money for meals purchased and issuing receipts, if necessary • Keep the administration area clean and tidy • Restock display freezers as required • Other duties, as requested by Office Staff, Volunteer co-ordinator or Manager. May include creating spreadsheets, Word documents, making phone calls, entering data into various applications • Complete training as required
