No day will be the same in this varied retail role! Duties will be performed under the guidance of our Shop Coordinator, and include but are not limited to:

• Receiving inwards goods, including unpacking, checking for quality and quantities against purchase orders
• Pricing of stock
• Conduct stock takes
• Gift wrapping of large and/or multiple orders
• Relieving shop and raffle volunteers for their breaks
• Assisting the Shop Coordinator and other volunteer colleagues to setup goods for Pop-up Gift shop
• Packing up and setting down of Pop-up Shop goods for storage in Work Room at end of day
• Welcoming and greeting customers and attending to any queries
• Adhering to Point-of-Sale procedures including EFTPOS and cash handling

With proceeds from the Gift and Pop-up Shops going directly towards providing essential support to domestic violence survivors and people who are socially isolated, your time will be spent with purpose.
