  • Attending to phone and email enquiries
  • Refer enquires to the appropriate person
  • Manage the admin of welcoming new volunteers
  • Maintain volunteer and membership details, including training
  • Complete regular network backups and stores the backups off-site
  • Keep the procedures / manuals for all functions including Office and administration processes updated
  • Purchase stationery and printer supplies for the office
